I believe that you need premium quality ingredients to bake yummy treats. I use Whittakers Chocolate (lots of it!), New Zealand Butter, and use eggs from local happy hens. I bake daily in my registered kitchen located in beautiful Raglan so you can enjoy fresh, yummy traditional home baking. I'm a qualified Food Scientist with 15 plus years experience in the Food Industry, creating and developing delicious recipes.
